Coach: helps with scheme, and they have their own little traits unlocked that help your players.

Recruiter: I think its suppose to provide a cheaper cost to certain positions when you recruit. Like it says 25% sp discount on wr overall. however, this seems glitched to the point where the recruiter does jack ****.

Trainer: i think this is the most important. First season i had a trainer with poor regression. when my players recovered from injury their overall dropped by a lot. Now with a world class trainer I believe the players do not regress at all.
