Hello all,
I used to post my sliders in multiple sports games on here but over the past 3-4 years I just haven't. I just got this game a couple weeks ago and decided I'd love to play full coach mode if I could just find some great sliders that would provide a solid game. It took a while, but finally after starting on Varsity, then All American, I realized that Heisman difficulty was the best to achieve a competitive game.
Once I get the coach sliders set and final I may work on user vs cpu Heisman sliders...tbd
Props to Playmaker and Charter04 for some solid base sliders for CM for me to use to set these up!
Now, I am not just the OC or DC...these were tested out in exhibition mode with random teams in full coach mode controls.
I use the "ask coach" and scroll through the pages if need be to select a play on offense and defense. And I try to limit myself the amount of times I call All Verticals on offense. For more how they were tested, read below:
From Matt10: Put Coach aggression sliders at 50/50 or as close as possible for the teams you play against. Raise sub frequency to 85 as well.
Also, just a personal preference for me cuz I enjoyed how the game played much better: I adjusted all coaches to "Conservative" under the No huddle option.
I also, edited every single QB in the game that was set as "scrambler" to "balanced" due to the fact that they'd take off running almost immediately after snapping the ball on a pass play. How I did this was lowered their trucking attribute until their tendency became "balanced". Again, just a personal preference but I feel the game plays a whole lot better this way.
If anyone is interested I can upload my roster file, which is based from BuffEye's great work (last installment of the 2013-2014 season rosters). If you want the file just let me know and I can upload to share, so you don't have to do all the editing of coaches and qbs like I did (took hours!). Now onto my settings!

Offsides- 50 (have yet to see one)
False Start- 0 (unable to fake snap the ball as coach so unfair that cpu is the only team to receive false starts. I just turned it off because of that).
Holding- 100 (only saw one on a punt return)
Facemask- 59 (will see them occasionally, it's some type of penalty at least for CM!)
OPI- 50
DPI- 50
KR/PR Int.- 50
Clipping- 53 (see them sometimes on kickoffs and long runs. Since there is no holding I am ok with these). Clipping is called on those block in the back penalties.
Intentional Grounding- 100 (never have seen one, broken on CM I guess)
Roughing the Passer/Kicker- 50
Now some of these sliders may look strange or super skewed one way or the other but just trust that they work well!

* User wr's still not drop many passes. QB comp% was always too high. I went back and forth testing and even though there are an unrealistic amount of drops it gets qb completion% correct, which I feel is most important to produce the stats we want. This is the best I can do without putting QB acc at zero which I tried and it was horrible
** I made a 48yd FG with ease with UConn's kicker. 90Kpw and 83 Kac with FG Accuracy at zero so I'm definitely leaving it there. Then I clanked one off the left fg post on a 50yd attempt.
Try these out if you enjoy coach mode and give feedback! Use as a base for your own set cuz no one will have the same. I only posted these cuz they are way different than other coach mode sliders I've seen and tried. Again, if you'd like me to upload my roster with all the coaching edits along with the edits to the scrambling qbs lemme know and I'd be happy to upload.
