I want to make a second MyCareer player with a different name and different facial appearance, is this possible to do?

I made a second MyCareer player but he still has the same face and name as my first MyCareer player, is there a way to change the second players appearance without ruining the first? Or am I just going to have to use a separate PSN account in order to change his appearance by making a new profile?
