Chemistry good idea but I think they missed a cool opportunity here. Look at chemistry in fifa. It's based on leagues and teams that players play in rather than styles. Why not do that and base chemistry off of conference, division, college attended, and college conference. Makes way more sense and would add a fun element rather than basing it off of something boring and subjective like scheme.
