God himself could make a football game and it's still not be 'where it needs to be' because football is subjective. My buddy loves rushing for 250+ yards in a football game. If I did that I'd be appalled that the game was messed up. Too many sacks for one person is "awesome" for another.
Not saying Madden is perfect but it'll never satisfy everyone. The fact that it does pretty good numbers though shows its satisfying most.
