QPR have announced contract extensions for three of Wolters key players. Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, the 26 year old back up striker has 5 goals in 18 appearances this season. Massimo Luongo, the 24 year old CDM who is the replacement for Sandro as the defensive stopped in midfield. Grant Hall, Hall requested a pay raise and rumors were Wolters was thinking of selling Hall after the club and player could not reach an agreement. But with the latest announcement of captain Steven Caulker requesting a transfer, QPR increased the offer to Hall to keep the CB with the club 3 more seasons.

Wolters benched Caulker initially but has been forced to play him a few times due to fatigue and injuries. Wolters has decided to continue playing Caulker to help QPR advance in the FA cup and earn promotion to the Premier League.
