'93 Nets- 98% (due to heavy speculation)
'00s Spurs- 80%
'03 Nets 67%
'11 Mavs 65%
'11 Bulls 62 % (No Boozer that we know of)
'08 Hornets 56%
'09 Magic 54%
'07 Warriors 50%

'09 Lakers 46 % (No Bynum / Odom that we know of)
'13 Pacers 43%
'07 Jazz 30% (Again, no Boozer)
'02 Wizards 20%
'14 Spurs 15%
'93 Suns 1% (obvious)
'90's Pacers 1% (obvious)
