At this point, TE4 is not any better than TE2013 with mods.

The best overall package at the moment is Full Ace Tennis Simulator with FAMODV1.4.

But I am convinced that TE4 will be the reference in this genre sometime in mid/late 2022. So wait a year before buying TE4 and play FATS with FAMODV1.4 instead.
