I was only interested the year the Canes went deep into the playoffs, and hockey hasn't really appealed to me, but with the rule changes and such I'll give it a shot and watch some games at the beginning of the season, then see if scoring is up at all.

Sports....The more the merrier. Now,there pretty much will be something,somewhere on tv going on in the long nights of winter. BTW,did anyone enjoy the ESPN Hockey video game last year? I thought it rocked. Helped me through the no play season of reality.

More than you know. Hockey players and their athleticism/skill never cease to amaze me. This is a great, great sport!
