QOTD: The greatest living athlete is without any doubt Jim Brown, with Bo Jackson a close second.

Re: Thursday Morning Other Stuff (4-3-08)

QOTD: MassNole brings up a good point so i'm going to break my answer down in two categories.

Living athlete: Muhamed Ali, The guy was singlehandedly the best boxer i've ever seen. If he wasn't robbed of those 5 years in his prime I daresay his legacy would be even greater then it already is.

Athlete today: Lebron, mark my words folks once he becomes more focused and has better players around him we'll be talking about Lebron the way we talk about Michael Jordan.

QOTD: Tiger Woods. The definition of dominance.

Speaking of Tigers, I'm excited for the Royals game today as they go for a 3-game sweep of Detroit to open the season!

I'll stay true to my hockey roots though and go with Evgeni Malkin. Hockey players are the best athletes in the world and right now I think Malkin is the best in the NHL. Give him a year maybe two of non stop training and practice and I bet he could play any sport.
If best means most successful then it's probably Tiger.
I don't know how successful Ankiel was as a pitcher...
