NCAA Football 09 Thoughts on the Features: Pasta Padre

Pasta Padre has posted his thoughts on the features of NCAA Football 09.

Well, another slap in the face for progress. No online for the Wii version. WTF? Madden 08 has it, so there's really no excuse!

I want to believe EA can give us a great game, I really do. But after 2 years of Next Gen disappointment I just can't.

I guess I'm one of the "elitists" who doesn't play the Mascot games. How many people did play the Mascot games? 4 maybe 5. I wonder how much space/memory this takes up. Maybe without it they could add "Create a Team or more alternate jerseys.

Mascot teams actually take up minuscule memory if I remember right. There is only one roster that is drawn from for the teams (all 99s) and everything else is already in the game (animations, mascot models, etc.) so it's really a feature that doesn't require much effort to implement but has a touch of desirability for a few at least.

Either way, look for a first look at NCAA Football 09 from OS later today guys

I'll be looking forward to it but I'm not holding out much hope for this game. I hope I'm proven wrong.
