Yeah sorry don't feel bad for EA at all. They want to own everything and they bit off more than they could chew on this one.

The days of being the exclusive rights holder should be over.

No idea why he would get an infraction for that. He's not trolling. If they do infract someone for saying what Valderez is saying, then there is some kind of EA payroll going on. Like i said, i doubt he would.

Anyways, he's totally right about it, when you try to be sneaky and mess people over and hope they dont figure it out, things end up bad. Cant blame the ex NFL players though, they tried to get screwed over by the NFL/NFLPA and EA.

EA was vocal about wanting to put every other football making company out of business. They even talked about it before. That was their intent. Why do you think they went after the ESPN tag for 15 years and they dont even use it. You see a little print on the box powered by espn and thats pretty much it. lol

Just open up the editor..that's it.

In other words, if I want to make the 2009 NY Giants into the 1986 Giants, I should be able to do so in the editor. Simple as that. They need not include any names, teams, etc.

I never use any of the historic rosters or teams. I might look at them for a few minutes but that's it.

Just imagine what would happen if EA jacked Al Capone? There needs to be some kind of infraction on EA's part not on Valdarez for speaking the truth LOL.

We live in a world today that has very little accountability and it will only get worse unless things like this is done swiftly!

Yeah but they had them in the game before they lost all that money. EA probably assumed the retired players are ok with it just because they have the NFL lisence that its ok to put people in a video game and not be paid.

Wrong Answer EA...they should be paid no questions asked.

No wonder the players wanted a lot of money to be on APF 2k8.They didn't wanna get burned again.

Please don't turn this into an EA vs 2k debate. It has nothing to do with the games.
