Same here. I haven't seen anyone use any footwork. Every vid I've seen has been toe-2-toe.

I will agree that the footwork is sluggish. You hear a lot about how the game runs 60fps. There are times you have to tweak things to accomplish that. I'm wondering if the speed of the feet is one of those things.
