The rosters have sucked EVERY year. Part laziness by EA and part due to the fact that the game gets released very early.

Now if another company picks up the license they better have Online Dynasty.

I may be in the minority, but I think many of you are looking at it wrong. NCAA 10, by all accounts, will be NCAA 09 with a few additions like TeamBuilder, Season Showdown, and school bands.

If this is the best the game is going to get for a few years with all the uncertainity over Sam Keller's lawsuit and the exclusivity license, then that is all the more reason for me to buy it this year. That way, assuming future versions will not be up to par, I can rely on a great community to keep me updated on rosters. With all the different possibilities TeamBuilder will afford, I can see the replayability of this title lasting me for a few years.

The biggest question I have had with EA games the past 4 years concerns the lack of ESPN integration. If they forked over all that money to buy the rights to ESPN, why not use the license to the fullest extent? ESPN graphics alone would exponentially increase the presentation value of their titles, an aspect that seems to be what everyone has been clamoring for (and Madden has tried to acquiesce this year, but still failed to use the ESPN license).

With the Teambuilder site being available a month before the game comes out, a dedicated roster builder could put together an accurate enough roster by launch. (though it maybe difficult to add and replace 1 team at a time).
I'm pretty sure that you cannot edit TB rosters and then export them to your 360/PS3. I think you can create your own school by using an existing school's roster as a template and then export that created team to your 360/PS3.

In short, TB cannot be used to edit roster files.
