Popular? I thought the gamespot article said it was canned for the latest FIFA. I'm not a soccer player, so I wouldn't know. After the Madden Shop and AFL download, this seems like just another way to try to pay for the exclusive license to me.

This is free, so I doubt that is the case.

Now I have a reason to keep Madden. I loved this feature in FIFA last year.
