I'm pretty sure that the Xbox Market Place is flexible, and will update with demos when they are give to them. I don't own an xbox, but that is what I've gathered from reading. I'd love to be wrong, trust me.

Look like the AI of players off the ball will be as brain-dead as last year if that video was any indication. Rooney gets clipped and leaves the ball yards in front of him only to have 0 other people on the field make an attempt to get to it...

That's correct. XBL updates pretty much whenever. Tuesday is likely but it can be anywhere in between except the weekend.
