Multiplayer is where this game shines, what a great next gen online experience.

Re: Blur Review

Yep, gotta agree, multiplayer is where it's at; I just recently started doing other online modes besides the basic Skirmish and it's been a nice change-up. The Team modes are fun as all hell, too.

If any of you guys still play this, how's the online community right now? Is there still a good amount of people playing it? I'm thinking of getting it.

If you have the PS3, I highly advise you against it. I bought the game, and loved it online. Great experience for about 3 days. Suddenly, I couldn't connect to the servers for ten days or so. Went the official forums for help (along with many others), no response from the developers. It was like crickets man.

My advice download Wipeout HD/Fury from the PSN. It is a better game, with similar action.

The bland tracks hurt the game's longevity and single-player mode because grinding through the same unexciting venues just to earn new cars gets old quick. If the tracks showed greater variation or creativity, the whole game would be much more enjoyable.
