That is not Week 16 update, just Week 15.

What I mean is EA Sports Roster site has only the Week 15 Roster Update. I haven't powered the game on to check that way, but it should be posted on EA's site if available with comments.

it is an update
if it wasnt my week 15 online 'custom' roster file would not have been updated
and on pastas website, i verified the indicated changes
so YEAH, its an update, if you read the link its the last one before the playoffs start
