This game is an amazing game and with these patches it will no doubt be the best NASCAR console game ever released.

Even with the issues, I dont see how the crap of a game Nascar 09 could ever be considered better than NTG2011.
The driving model on NTG11 is the best Ive ever played on a console.
NTG2011 isnt rich on features but the foundation is there for a great future and a very fun Nascar racing game. Im having a blast playing it with my G27 wheel!

Im glad they are continuing communi***ion with the community and at least pointing out issues that the players are having. Hopefully theyll stick to there word and be able to *** most if not all the issues.

I hope they can *** some of the paint booth glitches. Its really hard to pinpoint the cause of them as its so random.
Ive only been able to make one logo.(Gatorade G) using all primitive shapes and have it stay in tact when I place it on the car. Ive made a Jordan logo and the Gatorade bottle lightning bolt and they look great in the decal editor but all the pieces are misplaced when I go to apply the decal. There is nothing more frustrating than spending 20 minutes making something only for it to corrupt when finished and still show intact in the decal lists.

@Matty86: This does not need to be ***ed nor will it be changed. NASCAR removed the racing back to the line under yellow a few years back. It's not a part of the rules anymore so they won't add it to this game. If you want to race through a wreck through to pick up spots just turn off the yellow flag completely.

@Block-O: I believe this is going to be added when they release the free DLC later on. If someone can confirm or can correct this, please do.

I just want to say that this game has been out for 3 days and the company seems to genuinely be listening to the fans and players and working not only hard, but quickly, to *** issues. I think if all companies paid this much attention and acted this quickly to genuine concerns from the gamers who actually play these games, then we would have a lot more high quality games that we would commit to and become loyal fans of.

That is true, the driving model is better. However, Nascar 09 (even with it's flaws) is still a more polished game right now, at least NTG11 pre-patch. Once the patch is released, I suspect that'll change.

But if they *** everything except the pit stop bug where the user always comes out last, it'll still be unplayable for me. I can see losing races or positions because of inept driving or bad pit strategy, but not a bug where I'm simply put in last every time.
