Does anyone know if we can create players the way we went in 2013?

I just recently paid 19.99 to buy the 2012 game and love it. Can't wait to get the 2013 edition of the game.

What do you mean?

If you're the commish, you can edit everything about a player. Just create them and have at it.

I'm very new to the game and just started playing in general. I don't even know how to create a player or edit players.

Any chance you can guide me to this? And can you edit the ratings of players?
