Also, the "legend" Yao Ming who is purchasable in the Jam Store will be coming back:

We have identified the issue that was causing people who had gotten access to Yao Ming through a DLC purchase to no longer be able to use him post roster update. Once we have resolved the issue, we will start a new thread to let you know. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The rosters would be perfect if they just added the top rookies. But I guess that's too hard for them or something.

Still, this is better than nothing at all. It's cool to have Paul on the Clippers finally. That team almost rivals the Sonics now.

I'm in agreeance that the rookies need to be added asap, but I don't quite understand why there are still some players that are missing. The first player that comes to mind is Jeff Harden, but I'm sure there are some other good examples. Any chance of veteran players being added also?

I know the Thunder don't exactly need any more help, but it bugs me that players like Harden are left out. Still enjoy the game, but there really needs to be more attention paid to the rosters.

It took them four or five months to put out this roster update... however long it has been since the game was released. And all they did after all that time was shift players around. So it's pretty apparent that we won't be getting any new players added to the game. They need to give us an incentive to buy next year's version, right? =\

Is there any chance for an offline update?
If anyone could upload an offline update just like there are updates for 2k12, It would be much appreciated.

Yao Ming is now usable again if you by him as a "legend."

No other changes in the update.

The moves weren't made until December. CBA wasn't reached until then and therefore the only moves that were known before then were the players who went overseas, and even then several of those players came back or had intentions of coming back so EA wasn't going to remove them.

It seems pretty clear that the only changes had to do with shifting players around, there were none created (so no rookies as they weren't already in the game). It would be interesting to know if the way the game was made that they wouldn't be able to add players through updates or if they are being lazy.

It could have something to do with the heads, I know Madden is not able to add in headshots once the game is shipped. Since the heads are just photos that could be what prevents them from adding new players in.

Anybody know why Alonzo Mourning is a legend for the Hornets and not the Heat? It doesn't really matter as I'm not a Heat fan, and they don't really need any more talent (considering Wades only issue is his height in this game), it just seems odd that the first (only?) guy to have is number retired by the Heat is set to play for a team that is in a different city than when he played for them
