i see new ratings: Post Fade and Post Hook. last year in 2K12 they were Player Efficiency ratings, maybe now that they added them into the attributes, that is why the OVRs are higher this year.

I hope there are different starting points like undrafted, prodigy, etc to give different levels of challenges for people.
