If you're so worried about injuries, do it from the pistol formation. More botched snaps, but the Qb wouldn't get hit

I like the play, and don't care if someone pulls it on Denver.

Let me preface this by stating I am a Giants fan. That said, Tom Coughlin was completely wrong at the end of the game. I was always taught you play whistle to whistle and until the game is over. They were in the range where a turnover game them the chance to win. NEVER TRUST A DEFENSE! The entire "D" line was in the 4 point stance and if the "O" line couldn't see they were ready to pounce, shame on them. I have heard friends say, "well, Eli notified Tampa that he was going to take a knee." SO WHAT??!! What if the snap was poor, there was less chance of getting to the ball by backing off. There is no such thing as an unwritten rule. It's a rule or it isn't, end if story. Kudos to Schiano for teaching his team you play until the game is over! Enough of the PFL (Pansy Football League) and bring back real, hard nosed football played by men!

It's funny some people are acting like kneeling the ball is a favor to the other team. You do it for the benefit of your own team. If your up big it takes away the risk of injuries and if it's a close game teams do it to reduce the chances of turning it over.

I give all credit to Greg Schiano. His trying to change the attitude of that team and his doing a great job. It's a mans game. Playing until the final second.. There's nothing wrong with that.

Tom Coughlin needs to man up and stop crying about it.

Victory Formation? In all the years I played football I cannot recall that formation in the playbook. ROTFLMAO!

The bucs laid down the whole second half, so they finally decided to play with 10 seconds to go. This is just another example of a college coach trying to bring that college crap to the NFL.
Yes, because teams just stop playing when their ahead, and allow to the other team to score in the final minutes of the game. Is this another unwritten rule?
