FIFA’s Ignite engine might come to PC, but not until average hardware specs are higher

PC gaming makes up 1-2% percent of FIFA sales. Not a surprise that NG for PC would be at the bottom of their priority list.

lol..

Honestly, where do people come up with these random numbers. So funny. Where do people get their numbers from... Hickville Indiana.

FIFA sold 14.5 million copies, half of which were digital. NPD numbers don't include digital sales. The PC dominates in Asia and Europe. And it's also where football reigns.

1-2%... LOL.

You know, it's always good to get your facts straight before going all LOL-postal about someone else's actual facts:

FIFA 13: 12.69 million in total sales. Console versions of the game accounted for more than 12 million in sales while the PC version accounted for only 290,000.

So now if I'm from Hickville, you must be from...?

You really are on quite the LOL jag aren't you? Especially for someone who is so wrong.

14 million in sales with an increase of 36% in digital sales... That's all that article is saying. So If I sell 20 apples one week and 27 the second week, I just increased my apple sales by 35%. ZERO mention of FIFA's total PC sales in any of that. So where did you get HALF as your total?

VG doesn't include digital sales, just physical...

$100M in Q3 alone for digital sales.. which amounts to approximately 1.7 million copies. That's one quarter alone (Q3).

"Sales of the latest FIFA game and more than $100 million in digital revenue from the title helped contribute to quarterly earnings at the "high end of our guidance range," according to EA CEO John Riccitiello."

"For the company's current fiscal year, EA says it has generated more than $230 million in digital revenue from its FIFA titles, including EA Sports FIFA Online 2 and FIFA World Class Soccer."

http://www.polygon.com/2013/1/30/393...00m-in-digital

http://fifaonline2.iahgames.com/site/index.aspx

Edit: The mobile platform pulled in $30 million of the $230 million.
