Shoulder stripe proportions still look off. Numbers overlap onto the collar. Nitpicky, but that's the details I pick out.

I'm still not sure why Carolina hasn't introduced a black helmet. All black should be their default home. They're the freaking Panthers!

Noticed that stuff but was pleased with the overall effort.

Re: all black uniforms, it gets stupid hot down here during the early part of the season.

Pants are still white but MY said they had plans to fix it, these still don't look as good as the old stripes on the 2011 uniforms, I don't get it but at least something was done, I expect next gen uniforms to be a lot closer to real thing.

Yup, you nailed it with the 2011 uniforms but this was a big step in the right direction.

Glad to hear about the pants, do you know (or can you find out) if they intend to adjust the shoulder stripes on the sleeveless version of the jersey so they don't wrap all the way around and are thinner?

The funny thing is, they had the stripes right for the sleeveless jersey on the normal sleeves jersey, so they just need to xfer that to the sleeveless jersey.
