Jon Jones is First of Two EA Sports UFC Cover Athletes, Cover Vote Open Now

Jon Jones has announced he is one of the cover athletes for EA Sports UFC. There is a cover vote being held on the UFC website to decide who joins him.

EA SPORTS UFC Cover Vote Schedule:

• Round of 16 : Prelims
  Voting live from Mon, Nov. 4th – Sun, Nov. 10th
• Round of 8 : Main Card
  Voting live from Mon, Nov. 11th – Sun, Nov. 17th
• Final Four : Co-Main Event
  Voting live from Mon, Nov. 18th – Sun, Nov. 24th
• Finals : Title Fight
  Voting live from Mon, Nov. 19th – Sun, Dec. 1st
  
  Voting by round will close each Sunday night at 12:00am and reopen Monday morning at 10:00am.

What are your thoughts on Jones being on the cover? Who do you think deserves to join him?

I'll be voting for Johny Hendricks as long as he lasts in the contest, and I definitely won't be voting for GSP at any point. I'm really surprised Cain Velasquez isn't one of the options, since he's the current HW Champion.

According to Dana, Cain didnt like the fact that as the HW champion he would be forced to get the cover via online vote. Him and EA couldnt come to a deal.

Ah, that makes sense. I'm sure Cain would've done pretty well in the online vote, but maybe he'll get the next cover if he stays dominant. I'm not his biggest fan by any means, but he's been a great champ so far.
