I think we already know that 2k will have the edge in graphics, and Sean is almost conceeding that in this interview to some extent. But if Live has the better gameplay, which I think has a reasonable chance of happening, it will be my hoops game of choice. I have a feeling the presentation will already eclipse 2k's. Things are getting interesting.

Breen and Van Gundy sound good on paper but for anyone who has seen the Live 13 beta in action, you'd have heard how terribly pieced together they sounded. Like a game from 5+ years ago basically.

And if the same old courtside guy is still there after 15 or so years, EA are a joke.

Very regular updates (replay segments of certain games - For example, a player goes off in a game, can you replicate that)
Breen and Van Gundy for play-by-play
Jalen Rose doing content on a weekly basis to be entered into the game. (Talking about specific players doing well or badly, calling out people playing the game talking about achievements that they have completed in the game.)
Game was put together with the Ignite engine in approximately 10 months
No smartglass or Vita integration
Lol you should really be careful with that "no game mode other than 5 on 5". I thought for a second that meant no Franchise.

What are you talking about? I said if Live has better gameplay, which I think is a possibility.

Does that mean no remote play on the Vita? I was under the impression that all games were required to have that feature unless the game also required use of the Playstation Camera.

We still haven't seen gameplay yet, that's what's most important.
