Hi,

Firstly the draft process in BTS will be different compared to how OOTP does it (I have not played FHM that much so I'm not too sure on how it is in that).

For example there's no sudden "draft pool" list which suddenly appears a few weeks before the draft. You'll have college teams (you can't take control of them though) and you'll be able to see players in those teams and then track them from when they are a Freshman to when they declare.

As for "real" draft prospects. I suspect there may be some. However there are a lot of colleges and lots of college players so it would be a lot to research. I think so but no promises!
