What does this mean?

Was the CPU not using "power swing" appropriately? Or does this relate to an issue I'm unaware of on the Human side?

I thought Human power swing worked fine. And on the CPU side, I actually would like to see the CPU try to drive the ball more in hitter's counts.

Does anyone know what this bug was?

While I agree, it wasn't my point. So we wait a month for great rosters to come out or start our franchise with the crap Sony creates.

Just an FYI: The "crap" Sony creates goes UNTOUCHED for the MLB players on the initial release of OSFM.

I think it's just more balancing according to the player ratings. Just a guess though. The word "fix" is confusing the way it is used in the patch note.

BTW, seeing quite a few more 1-1 counts now on QC. Allows for a few of those foul balls without inflating the count too much. Seeing fewer fouls with QC in general, too (that's a good thing, keeps the counts down).
