Is this modeled after the old Ken Griffey Jr franchise? With the cartoon style players, KGJ was fun as hell, besides not having the real names

I'm surprised at all the hate thrown at this already. RBI 14 was a disappointment, but it sounds like they've responded to a lot of the criticisms (full rosters, stat tracking, real stadiums). As long as they fix the issues with catching flyballs, I think the gameplay is fine for what it is. It's not meant to be an alternative to The Show. I'm just disappointed it's not going to be on the 360, but I'm pretty sure I'll get it for my iPhone.
