If you turn off GM Contracts do you think you'll still have goals to strive for just with no repercussions?

Are they treated more like renewable contracts, then? Or are they going to be treated like free agents and bid on by other teams? Knowing SCEA, I'm assuming the former but clarification would be nice if someone can offer it. I haven't made it that far into the stream.
Good question. I was not there when the change was made so I cannot answer, but I do hope they are treated like renewable.

Minor league players in 14 are treated that way when contracts expire, so I would assume it's the case. Just have to offer a contact to them before the last day to retain your players.

Yeah, I like all of the changes, and I know this is the first year of the GM contracts, but the goals should be more varied other than just winning. It would be nice to have various goals like:

-Cutting payroll by 10%
-Signing/trading for a "A" rated prospect
- Signing a SP with an overall rating over 90, etc.

Just so there's more tasks than just winning. I'm sure this is something they will further add to next year.

Trade logic I'm still worried about, but did anyone ask if there's a flag or anything not allowing a player to be traded more than once per season?

Well, I didn't have sound due to my current location but it appears about 53m in that they are treated like a regular free agent. I don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill though since most are always under 200k and easy to re-sign.

Already answered but let's try it like this: there is no change to loading rosters from previous years, so OSFM will work the same as last year.

Overall happy with the changes. Kinda disappointed in GM Contracts that there isn't stuff set like Easy / Medium / Hard since it'd be cool to have them implemented without knowing that if you don't Win the World Series you automatically have to go to a different team, even if you were to lose in the World Series 2 years in a row.
