I just heard in the podcast, about 94 minutes in:

You are NOT stuck with the city name if you move!

In fact, you can name it anything you want--if you go to New York, you can name them the Manhattan (nickname here) if you so desire!

So much that you wont care for it all because its so in depth but its good stuff still.
