Still don't know why the 96 Sonics jerseys aren't throwback jerseys for the Thunder.

When the Thunder moved to OKC they had to cut ties with anything Sonics related. That is why they have no throwback Sonics uniforms in the game.

Cant say Im a fan of all these different uniforms, especially the ones that the Wizards have with those scribblings on the front, guessing it has something to do with China, or Japan, nothing against anyone from a foreign country, but I don't care to see any of that on uniforms. Guess Im just old and feel there should be 1 away uni and 1 home uni, an none of this other BS.

Nope. When they left Seattle they made an agreement with Seattle that they would no longer use a Sinics ogo, nickname, and colors. Had to cut all ties when the relocated.

Not all ties; they still have the history of the sonics, but the green and yellow stays with Seattle. Also why Macklemore doesn't allow OKC to play his songs (Seattle native).
