I truly hope the cards are not temporary and that this simply means they cards do not consume contracts when used because I can't see this being anything but bad for them is they do expire. Temporary cards from a pack are one thing but charging an extra 20-40 for card that players can only use for a few games before losing them if in no way a "Good" PR move.
