yes sadly their is no import player option in franchise, only way is to spend 30 mins to a hour take a video of the players on the roster and use that video to edit someone in franchise to get them into your franchise.

Sony cant just put him in w/out approval. Thames is hardly under the radar, even my granny knows who he is. you can bet when all the i's are dotted and all the t's are crossed, then and only then will he be in.

Sometimes it can take a simply week to get guys approved then some instances it can take 3 weeks or longer depending on if that player and his agent turn in his paperwork.
