As far as gameplay is concerned, what are the improvements being made to it? can we expect something much more fine tuned such as smarter AI etc etc.? Thanks alot.

Can you play with just a club team in a traditional format? Or do you have to use the cards?

Re: UEFA Champions League 2006-2007 Interview Questions

a couple of very important questions and ones they need to answer in order to justify a purchase before fifa 08.

1)Has goal scoring been improved? meaning, can we now have more control over how we kick on goal? In the current gen of fifa 07 the direction of the shot was helped with the finesse shot, in fifa 07 for 360 the finesse shot was more of a inner foot kick which didn't always work so well. i wonder if the finesse shot is still implemented in the same way or has been imporved to be more accurate as it was in the current gen version of fifa 07?

2)Can we now zoom in and adjust the height of the camera? something that was sorely missing from fifa 07 for 360. if at all have anymore camera angles been given?

3)Has the problem with player collisions been adressed and fixed? It seemed as if they were rampant on the part of the user and the collision was not only unfluid it was problematic in how a you might get called for a foul when the AI(computer) would do the same exact thing to you yet not get called for a penalty?

4)framerate? has it been improved? the cameras in fifa 07 struggled to keep up with fast paced action at 60 fps. what has been done so far with this issue since we know the issue of any slowdown or framerate will not be adressed past this interview as with how we saw and heard steve obrien from the NCAA march madness team say that framerates will be fixed but upon seeing the final product nothing seemed to be really done about it? how do you respond to post production laziness?

1. To sort of echo the above questioner, has the issue with running players completely off the ball been fixed to occasionally render an obstruction call?

2. Has the issue with being able to switch players while passing been addressed?

3. Will there be multiplayer manager mode?

Is the ‘Pass Assistance’ option still adjustable?

Will broadcast camera be available?

Can you adjust height and zoom for camera angles?

Is the game more fifa 07 or world cup 06?

Where there be a demo released before march 20th?

Re: UEFA Champions League 2006-2007 Interview Questions

Steve Noah,

you guys have to be more hard on these developers when you talk about the game. EVERY EA sport game has had horrible framerates and lag somewhere during NORMAL gameplay. IS The 360 just NOT capable of producing better running games or are YOU the developer not given enough time to fix and smooth out such things before the launch ?!

Re: UEFA Champions League 2006-2007 Interview Questions

Can you do any kind of step over, pass or shot fake, or any general trick moves, unlike FIFA 07?

Since this is a "light" version of a FIFA game, will you still be charging 59.99 for the 360? In years past when a UEFA game was released it was usually 20.00 less than normal price.

Will player interaction be improved? In FIFA 07 players would just run into each other and then bounce off, instead actaully maker plays on the ball and take physics into account.
