NCAA Football 2006

Still the best game they have made and the game by which I judge all NCAA games by today. Just wish there was some way that they could incoporate everything that made this game great into future games.

I completely agree with you - my friends and I played NCAA 06 a TON.

I missed the disciplinary part of the game NCAA had. Then the probations, etc. Character guys mattered, but I guess the NCAA didn't like showing that aspect.

I agree, probably my favorite part of dynasty mode among other things. I wish they would bring back the crowd meter/composure ratings as well, the crowd noise sounded alot better back then and players actually got rattled during games. Linemen would forget their blocking assignments and centers sometimes would not snap the ball even if you hit the hike button if you were playing in a real hostile environment.

Still have that and 2K5 ready to load on my old xbox whenever I feel the need to remember what real football games were like way back in 2005, lol

NCAA 06 and 07 for me was the pinnacle of football gaming.

The best part of 06 was the soundtrack I still listen to at least half of the bands in that game
