Best Bullpens In The Game?

I apologize if there is a different thread I should be asking this on. I'm trying to come up with a franchise and I'm just curious, which teams in the game have the best bullpens? I know the Cardinals have a great one, but I'd prefer not to use a team at the very top. Any other teams possess a great bullpen?

I like my Braves bullpen.

Kimbrel, Venters, Walden, Carpenter and Avilan are all good.

Betances and Robertson in the NYY bullpen are money but the rest are terrible haha.

Best Bullpens in the Game ? Using the Hybrid Roster its the San Francisco Giants their relief pitching is hard to hit.

I feel like OAK has 3-4 guys who can play a legitimate closer's role, and they have 3-4 guys in AAA who could come up and play strong in the big-league pen, but who have just been pushed down because the starting group is so good and so deep.

SF has a pretty nice pen as well.

Agreed, keep waiting for Oakland to fall out of playoff contention so I can target Cook but seeing as I'm less then a week from the All-Star break and they have the best record in baseball it's not happening.
