A.C.E has to be the laughable feature on this game 2K is proud of.

I'm sorry but I was watching NBA TV and this guy brings up A.C.E. Then he goes on to tell us that they are proud that they brought down our PPG like.....

The only thing your A.C.E feature brought to the game was repulsive Double Teaming . So you may have brought down our PPG a Lil bit but now we average 20+ assists per game.



Not only did your sad attempt at taking the fun factor out My Career backfire you made completely unrealistic game mode.

It's so bad they even double team you in 3v3 drills in practice.



Sorry 2K but your A.C.E feature is a huge failure. You computer A.I opponents that punishes you for being human. The computer reacts to what you PRESS on your controller. Not what they see on the floor. Notice when you pass the computer is already there at the exact spot to steal it before the ball leaves your hands. Same with rebounds. Come on 2k

Got to agree. The ability of the AI isn't there yet. I think it's getting there more and more every year but it's really evident that the CPU difficulty is based on unfair and unrealistic behavior rather than on a smarter more calculating artificial intelligence. It is what it is though and I think enough has been said about A.C.E. this year that the devs I'm sure will be taking notice and really pushing their tech and the AI limitations will be a focus. I'm really hoping next year will be a refinement year for this series.

BTW I play with ACE off so it's revealing how deep this double team programming is actually overriding ACE.

FYI turning ACE off only affects your team, you can't turn off ACE for your CPU opponent.

If you didn't notice, this is "A.C.E. 2.0", this was the refinement year, hence the 2KTV bragging. A.C.E. was introduced in 2K16 and for the most part was stable and sound, the 2K17 A.C.E. the more complex and A.I. rewarding version is not very smart.

I'm actually optimistic for some good adjustments to ACE to be a part of the patch.

I guess we'll see soon enough.
