The beta is just for pre-orders, right?

Can I pre-order it now and download the beta tonight? Or did you have to order before the beta was released?

I got caught up on planning a trip and forgot to pre-order.

I believe you will still get the beta access. But honestly I'd hold off and wait until Friday when the next big patch is coming for release day. This beta has been kind of a mess technically.

Dang, I've been itching to play. But yeah if it's crashing and really buggy I'll probably be happier just waiting for Friday.

Just back from a week+ overseas so I kept my entire next weekend open to just chill. My entire weekend will probably be: FM, sleep, eat.

I will say they have already released two patches. And I haven't played since the last one came out over this past weekend. It might be much better now. Its up to you. But I'm personally waiting for Friday. I'd hate to get into a save and then run into another issue again.
