Updating Player Walk-Ups

So, I'm in season 2 of my Yankees Franchse now, and I'm thinking of ways to update walkup music for my players - particularly because I have a rookie I drafted last year getting some playing time, and I was wondering what song to use for him.

One idea I came up with was updating it based on player hometowns using Spotify's music map, found here:

How do you guys update your walkups after season 1? Any other ideas?

That is a great idea, I just use music that has already been assigned to other players.

what do u use for sanchez gamel and judge? and theres so many pitchers without any relief music ...the yankees sots is very outdated

Pretty random for me, i just decide what type of music the player likes and keep there walkups in the same genre.

I also give players on the team i play, after i finish the 1st season of franchise, extra songs if they only have one or two, just to have a bit of variety.

I often use pitchers music if i am giving a player walkup music, only because there is a lot of pitchers music i don't hear very often so might as well make use of it.

That's pretty cool, hadn't thought about using pitcher entry music.

4Found another cool tool for updating walkups called the Playlist Miner

It uses Spotify's API to collect songs from thousands of playlists, based on whatever you search. If you want to update a walkup using a particular genre, like hip-hop, you can search for that genre and pick songs from the results.
