It's both. She has fallen off since her feud with Charlotte. I think people were hoping for a feud with her and Bayley, but the WWE moved Alexa to Raw and made her the face of Raw's women's division. And crowds always suck, lol.

Why! I hate WWE booking too much at times.

They better turn this into a trade asap. Cass to SD for AA or something. Cass and Carmella on SD would work as heel pair. Needs to happen. Anything else and I feel like they'll ruin everything.
