Ratings and probably also want to see the reaction Carmella gets. Not just reaction to her winning MITB, but reaction once people let it soak in for a few days, and then had it taken away from her.

And now Punjabi Prison returns! I was at No Mercy 07 and saw Khali vs Batista in one. It's such a pain in the *** to watch live. The structure is/was huge and with the lights reflecting off the yellow it just distracts you from the match going on. Looked cool in person, just not for watching a match.

I know we are supposed to suspend our belief with wrestling but how would Jinder know Shane was going to give Orton a rematch and allow him to pick the stipulation? So how would he already have made a decision on the match within a minute?
