WWE 2k17 Finisher slider question

Does lowering the finisher power slider have an effect on the power of the
signature moves also? Watching CPU vs CPU Universe matches (Legend difficulty with most matches on the Slow setting) and noticed sometimes signature moves are enough to put someone away. Kind of would like to see some kick outs after the signature moves so that finishers can be attempted.
