Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Gets Another Free Character Stuck

This past week, a free patch gave the PC version of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed its fifth exclusive character, the sword-wielding Willemus, from forthcoming strategy game, Total War: Rome II.

The title update has also altered the vehicle design for General Winter, a tank-driving Soviet from Company of Heroes 2. The tank's star insignia has been redrawn so that it no longer resembles the Soviet Red Star, a symbol of war and communism.

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed received an 8/10 from Operation Sports and is currently available for $20 on STEAM. The kart racer can also be played on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS and iOS, albeit, with a lower resolution, slower framerate, reduced graphical effects and fewer selectable characters.
