OperationSports.com's "The Waiver Wire" Podcast For The Week of 2/20 Online

Down two men due to other obligations, T.J. Cutini and Matt Gagnon took one for the team and formed a duet for this week's edition of "The Waiver Wire".

On this week's show, T.J. and Matt discuss the brand new OperationSports.com, the MLB 08: The Show demo and the fact that people are actually concerned with adjusting the demo's sliders. They'll also talk about some new additions to MLB2K8's franchise mode, the death of HD-DVD, and more!

Well, DigitalSportsMania.com has been doing one for a while. With their staff joining ours when the new site launches this weekend, "their" podcast is now "our" podcast, and they allowed me to be a part of it. This week was our 2nd one.

I got to drive into work and listen to the wonderful dulcet tones of our own TJ

Great podcast though, in all seriousness. I liked the flow (no segment went way too long or got out of control in a bad way). 4 people gets unwieldy at times I think.

I've been doing more podcasts (even a soccer one, World Soccer Daily with Steven Cohen from FFF Acid) and it makes my drives to work much faster.

I do like the broad topics...I understand it's a sports gaming site, but gaming can span a bunch of different things.

Great stuff though, and I look forward to listening every week. I keep trying to find podcasts that are cool but don't end up getting boring to me, and you guys have kept my attention.

I haven't listened to WSD in awhile, they were too anti-Arsenal for me.

And according to my friend, Howard Rogers got the boot, and he was my favorite host on the show. He's hilarious.
