IGN has posted their hands on preview of Grid.

Those developer interviews in HD were freak'n sick! Graphics during gameplay is just incredible.

"Once you choose a race, you can set its difficulty settings from one to five stars � the harder the difficulty, the more rep you'll get if you do well. You can also turn the Pro mode on and off. Running under Pro will add a major rep boost if you complete the race, but it prevents you from restarting if you crash out. "

Pro mode intrigues me. I like that.
