Tuesday Morning Other Stuff (4-29-08)

So I stood and waited in line w/ a few pimply faced kids and some guys around my age last night. The line went fairly quickly and I had my copy of GTA IV at 12:30. Played around for about an hour, mostly just driving around aimlessly, just looking at stuff. I'll try to get online tonight and check that part out.

The Lakers took care of business last night and the surprising Hawks did it again, evening up that series w/ the C's. As predicted by yours truly, the Pistons should take a 3-2 series lead tonight and close out on Thursday, in Philly.

Spent $73 to fill up yesterday, that is absolutely insane. I might have to think about getting a motorcycle again.

QOTD: Fallout 3. Been looking forward to that for almost a year now, and I can't WAIT to see the finished product!

QOTD: The addition of league play has me interested in Madden this year. UT3 for the 360. Fallout3.

Watched Juno last night. It was a good, not great, movie. It had a strong cast and good dialogue. Definitely worth a rental.
I can't believe the Hawks won. The longer that series drags out, the better for the Cavs (assuming they close out the Wiz on Wednesday).

QOTD: SW Force Unleashed. And I'm coming around on Madden 09. Online leagues and presentation improvements have intrigued me.

NCAA is the game i'm waiting on as GTA will be at my house when I get there after work.
I won't buy Madden this year (I definitely will but I say this every year).

QOTD: Well, I haven't been awaiting GTA, but I have been waiting for Mario Kart. Now that it is out, I guess the next few games I'm waiting for now are Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, NCAA Football, and I'm interested in hearing more about the Bourne game.
