NBA 2K9 PC Activation Key Issues...(Resolved)

2K Sports has an issue with the activation keys for the PC version of NBA 2K9.

Man. You get all excited to play a game, and then this happens. Bah!! Maybe we'll have to pay another $40 for the key? Ha ha ha!

from what we know, it appears to be all North American copies

I still don't understand why they released this game in Europe BEFORE the US, and it seems that Europeans have no problem to play it. Is this part of that "NBA players considering moving to Europe" trend?

2k's on the ball finally and a solution will be uploaded within 24 hours that will remove the key entry from the installation process

fix is in...make sure your Steam is updated to todays client update, insert your disc and away you go...ahh its been a long day

hey guys i just uninstalled steam and reinstalled it and it is now allowing me to install the game through steam bypassing the cd key which is bull crap way of doing it
