"Pre-order Price Guarantee!"

Just pre-ordered two copies!

LOL

They also got new screens!

If it is a mistake, I imagine Amazon will still have to honor the $40 price, so I'll be pre-ordering now - I have complete faith in the SCEA team.

There's also a couple new screens on the Amazon page.

Hmmm, what a dilemma. Save $20, but have to wait for days for it to arrive after it's release. Also, remember Russell was soliciting suggestions for a collector's edition, so maybe these will only be available from a GameStop or the like.

Think I'm gonna wait.

Not panicking just hope they do not make you wait so long.

Nah, they will send it the shipping day of the game. That date will change when the hard date is "officially announced".

How much does Amazon charge for overnight shipping?

I think between $7-9.

I'm hoping to have the game prior to release date like last year. That with the fact of a possible Collector's Edition...I'll wait.

Besides, last time I ordered a game through Amazon, the case was damaged when it arrived.

It says the 2nd on the ESPN article I believe.

I was actually going to start this thread if it wasn't already... just pre-ordered 2 copies, 1 day delivery, it's still cheaper than a regular priced $60 game.

# 17 CubFan23 @ 12/17/09 09:24 PM
I just pre ordered it too, and got free shipping. Not a big deal to wait a few days after the release if I save $25.00. Gonna wait for knights rosters anyway before I start my franchise.

This made my decision on whether or not to buy a whole lot easier. I can't wait for it to arrive.

Awesome find, two questions though.

1. Do they charge me as soon as I place the Pre-Order or do they wait until it ships to charge the ole' CC?

2. Secondly, I have the Amazon Prime free trial which I'm not going to renew, if I order right now and choose the free 2 day shipping option will that lock it in for 3 months from now in march or once my trial runs out in a couple of weeks will it revert back to free shipping?

Thanks

no harm, no foul
for me honestly, its because I get it the weekend before it comes out meaning I have extra time to play. Thats it.

Plus its nice to be able to answer questions for the community, help folks out by answering their questions.

But mostly, its about the extra 3-4 days of playing the game.
